By separating the fat with the gravy separator, you can create healthier and more delicious gravy. To use the gravy separator, pour the sauces into the jug and allow the fat to form as a floating layer of top of the gravy. Pour the gravy through the drip free spout while the fat will remain inside the gravy separator, forming a layer at the bottom. Made from clear acrylic. Dishwasher safe.
