Holding 1000ml of hot gravy, sauces or stock, the Dexam Gravy Separator can separate the fat from any gravy, stock, soup or sauce. By separating the fat with the gravy separator, you can create healthier and more delicious gravy. To use the gravy separator, pour the sauces into the jug and allow the fat to form as a floating layer of top of the gravy. Pour the gravy through the drip free spout while the fat will remain inside the gravy separator, forming a layer at the bottom. Made from clear acrylic. Dishwasher safe.
