Want it even lighter? Swap gin for vodka or use sparkling elderflower pressé instead of soda + syrup.

The perfect cocktail recipe as we go into the Summer months - just like a garden party in a glass!

Ingredients:

• 50 ml gin
• 25 ml elderflower liqueur
• 25 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 10 ml simple syrup
• Soda water (to top up)
• Ice
• Optional garnish: cucumber slice or mint sprig

Instructions:

1. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to your shaker using the jigger.
   
   
2. Fill the shaker with ice, pop on the lid, and shake for about 10–15 seconds.
   
   
3. Strain into a CellarDine X Dexam Cocktail Glass filled with ice.
   
   
4. Top up with soda water and gently stir.
   
   
5. Garnish with something fresh - cucumber, mint, or even an edible flower for that spring vibe!
