Delivery


UK Delivery including Channel Isles, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland

  • Orders less than £25, delivery is £3.95 
  • Orders £25 and over, delivery is FREE 
  • Speed of delivery – If you order before 2pm then your order should be delivered the next working day, except orders to addresses in the Channel Isles, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland which should arrive in 2 to 4 working days. 
  • Tracking your delivery - Deliveries can be tracked, we will send you details by email.


Delivery to Europe including the Republic of Ireland and all other EU countries except Cyprus, Croatia and Malta. 

  • Orders less than £25, delivery to Europe is £15 
  • Orders £25 to £50, delivery to Europe is £7.50 
  • Orders £50 and over, delivery to Europe is FREE 
  • Speed of delivery – if you order before 2pm then your delivery should arrive in 2 to 4 working days. 
  • Sadly we are unable to include Cyprus, Croatia and Malta in our European delivery costs at present, but if you wish your order to be delivered to one of these countries just email us on cs@dexam.co.uk or give us a call on 0044 (0)1730 811888 for a quote

Click & Collect

  • Delivery cost – Orders less than £25, delivery is £3.95 
  • Orders £25 and over, delivery is FREE 
  • Speed of delivery – We will send you an email when your order is ready to collect in store so please do not try to collect it before you receive our email. With our Click & Collect service you can collect your order at your convenience during the store opening hours, which are advertised on our website. If you order before 2pm then your order should be delivered to the store the next working day, except stores in the Channel Isles, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland which should arrive in 2 to 4 working days. 
  • Tracking your delivery - Deliveries can be tracked, we will send you details by email. 


How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately by phone on 01730 811888 during our working hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). If your order hasn’t been dispatched we will cancel it at no cost to you. If your order has been dispatched we cannot stop it, so please follow the returns procedures below.

 

Returns

Please take care to fully inspect your goods to make sure you are happy with them before disposing of the packaging as a failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
At Dexam we want you to be delighted every time you shop, but if for some reason you aren’t totally satisfied with your goods, you can return them to us in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
If you would like to return an item you have ordered through our website, please first check our terms below:

Up to 14 days from delivery
Within 14 days of the date you received your order, you may return an item for any reason. The item must be unused and must be in its undamaged original packaging. We will refund the full cost of the product and the cost of returning it by first class post to us

Up to 30 days from delivery

Within 30 days of the date you received your order you may return an item if it is faulty or you reject it because: it is not as described on our website, or not fit for the purpose intended or shown, or not of satisfactory quality, including durability. We will refund the full cost of the item and the cost of returning it by first class post to us.

Up to 6 months from delivery

Within 6 months of the date you received your order you may return an item if it is faulty. We may offer to repair or replace the item at our cost, including postage. The decision whether to repair or replace the item is at our discretion.

Up to 6 years from delivery
If your product does not last a reasonable length of time, we may refund you some or all of your money back. We will honour guarantees offered by us on our products and will consider refunds or replacements on a case by case basis. It is for you to prove that the product has not failed because of misuse.

How do I return an item to you?

Please telephone our friendly Customer Services team on 01730 811888 during working hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) to arrange your return. Please have your Order Number handy when calling us, it is in the top right hand corner of your Delivery Note.
There is a returns slip at the bottom of the delivery note that came with your order. Please fill in, detach and enclose the returns slip with the items you are returning. It helps us a great deal if you can tell us why you are returning the item using the reason codes on the returns slip. NB. you do not need to send back the delivery note as this is your invoice.
Please make sure you package all items securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Dexam being unable to refund you.
Please attach to your package the pre-addressed label which was enclosed with your order and take your package to the Post Office. Please mail it to us by first class post and obtain a receipt as proof of postage.

 

Refunds

When we have received your returned goods and agreed a refund, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid, including return postage, within 7 days. If the product is no longer stocked by us, we may offer you an alternative or a refund. There are no rights to claim for faults that appear as a result of fair wear and tear.
