1 medium sweet potato
Natural yogurt
Banana
Chocolate chips
Pomegranate seeds
Spinach leaves
Preparation method
Start by taking your potato and cutting the ends off the potato before slicing into 5mm slices that resemble the shape of toast. With each slice, place them into the toaster for 3 times until they have begun to turn tender and turned slightly brown.
Once the slices of sweet potato have been toasted for 3 times, layer some natural yogurt onto the toast before topping with either banana and chocolate chips for breakfast, or opting for spinach and pomegranate seeds to make a refreshing mid-morning snack.
