This high quality pan is made from 0.7mm thick,18/10 stainless steel that's easy to clean and keeps its good looks even after years of use; with a 6mm thick base containing an aluminium core making it superbly energy efficient so it cooks evenly without hot spots. Being sandwiched within the steel means it conducts heat throughout the pan.
We recommend using an oven glove to ensure safe handling of this cookware.
