Strawberry, Banana and Tofu Smoothie

  • 150g of cubed tofu
  • Handful of strawberries
  • 2 medium diced bananas
  • 240ml of soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • Handful of ice cubes

Preparation method

  1. Using a blender, add the tofu, strawberries, bananas, soy milk and maple syrup together before blitzing.
  2. Once blended and lump free, add the ice into your glass before pouring the mixture over the ice and serve.
