Nutella and Avocado Chocolate Pudding

There are not often many times where we see our favourite food coming together to create an extraordinary dish. The mere thought of avocado and Nutella together seems strange and unfamiliar, yet the tastes that are created from the concoction are truly revolutionary.

Nutella and Avocado Chocolate Pudding

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 100g of cocoa powder
  • 100g of maple syrup/ golden syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of hazelnut butter
  • 6 tablespoons of hazelnut milk

Preparation method

  1. Peel the avocado, removing the flesh from the skin and removing the stone.
  2. Cut the avocado into small chunks before placing into a blender along with all the other ingredients.
  3. Blend the ingredients until they have all become smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into either bowls or small ramekins, placing into the fridge to serve later or you can serve the dessert straight away.
