Mixed Berry Smoothie

Detoxing, does not always mean kale and celery, this delicious recipe creates a fruity drink to get you excited for a healthier you.

Mixed Berry Smoothie
PREP TIME 5 minutes MAKES
  • 1 banana
  • 236g of mixed frozen berries
  • 1 large apple, cored and peeled
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 4 inches of cucumber
  • 15g of flat leaf parsley
  • 67g of kale
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation method

  1. Using a blender, add all the ingredientsand blend for 1-2 minutes until there is no longer any lumps in the mixture. If you are finding that the mixture is still lumpy, try adding extra water to smoothen your smoothie.
