1 large apple, cored and peeled
1 lemon juice
4 inches of cucumber
15g of flat leaf parsley

1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of water
Preparation method
Using a blender, add all the ingredientsand blend for 1-2 minutes until there is no longer any lumps in the mixture. If you are finding that the mixture is still lumpy, try adding extra water to smoothen your smoothie.
