Matcha Energy Balls

  • 160g of dates
  • 150g of cashews
  • 1 teaspoon of green tea matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Preparation method

  1. Place the cashew nuts into a blender and blend until they have been crushed into tiny pieces.
  2. Add the dates into the blender and blend until they have been crushed.
  3. Place the coconut oil and the matcha tea powder into the blender and blend all the ingredients until the mixture has turned into a thick paste.
  4. Empty the mixture from the blender into a bowl. Take the mixture in your hands and roll into a ball.
  5. You should be able to make 10 energy balls depending how much mixture you use. Once you have rolled all your energy balls, place them into the fridge and allow them to chill for a few hours before enjoying.
