Ingredients
1 bunch of kale
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation method
Start by preheating the oven to 180°C. With a baking tray, line the baking tray with baking paper.
Using your Chef’n Herb stripper, remove the leaves from the stem, tearing the leaves into bite sized pieces. Make sure to rinse the kale leaves before drizzling with olive oil and salt.
Place the kale into the oven for 10 -15 minutes or until the kale has turned crispy but has not burnt.
