Are you guilty of enjoying a slice of cake or two, banish the guilt with this yummy Green Tea Pound Cake. Allowing you to have your cake and eat it too.

Ingredients
3 eggs
130g of flour
20g of Matcha
140g of sugar
5g of honey
1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
150g of butter
Preparation method
Start by preheating the oven to 180°C and by greasing your cake tin.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg with a whisk, making sure that they have turned light and fluffy before adding the sugar to the eggs, beat for another 3 minutes.
Add the flour and the matcha powder to the eggs and sugar, stirring with a spatula to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Using your microwave, melt the butter before adding in the honey and yogurt and stirring together.
Add the butter and yogurt mixture into the flour and mix altogether with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin before baking in the oven at 160°C for around 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes and once the cake has risen, remove the cake from the oven and leave to stand before serving.
