Goat Cheese and Onion Marmalade Flatbread Canapes

  • Italian flatbreads
  • Soft goats cheese
  • Onion Marmalade
  • Grated mozzarella
  • Dash of extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • Rocket

Preparation method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 175°C. Top each flatbread with dollops of goats cheese and onion marmalade, sprinkle with mozzarella and drizzle with olive oil. Season
  2. Fold flatbread in half or leave it open and heat it in the oven until the mozzarella is melted.
  3. Slice the flatbread and serve immediately.
