Ingredients
Bananas
Water
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
Preparation method
Start by taking your bananas, using as many bananas as you wish.
Place the bananas into a bowl with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Remove the bananas from the bowl and place onto a paper towel to remove any excess water.
On baking paper or a non-stick mat, place the bananas on your roasting or baking tray, place the prepared bananas.
At 150°C place the bananas into the oven and bake slowly for 5 hours, before removing the tray and flipping the bananas. Turn the oven off before placing the bananas back into the oven to crisp overnight.
