Ingredients

470ml of coke
230ml of rum
2 limes zested
1 lime juiced
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Preparation method

Start by opening the coke and leaving it to sit on the side while it beings to flatten slightly.
Pour the coke into a large bowl, adding all the other ingredients and stirring.
Pour the mixture into the lolly moulds before placing into the freezer to set for around 5 hours.
