Spicy Chicken & Avocado Wrap

This tasty wrap is perfect for lunch, or a great light evening meal on warm Summer days.

Chicken and Avocado Wrap
  • 1 chicken breast
  • ½ lime
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 seeded wraps
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 roasted red pepper

Preparation method

  1. Slice and place the chicken in a pan with olive oil on a medium heat for around 10 to 12 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through to ensure it is cooked evenly. To check if it is cooked cut the chicken and check there is no sign of pink inside, if it is, continue to cook until the colour has changed.
  2. Heat the wraps following the packet instructions.
  3. Leave the chicken to cool then slice half an avocado, peppers and the chicken and place into the wraps. Roll, cut in half and enjoy.
