A real indulgent drink and one to enjoy with the family this Christmas, by adding an Italian liquor, such as, Frangelico, you can turn this fun drink into an adult only beverage.
Made from dark chocolate, graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows to layer on top, drizzle chocolate sauce over the top for the ultimate naughty treat.
How to make:
In a small saucepan on a medium setting, heat the milk, chocolate and vanilla until all the ingredients have melted and the milk is hot.
Whisk the mixture continuously.
On a small plate drizzle some honey and place the top of your mug over the honey so that the rim is coated.
With the ground graham cracker crumbs on a separate plate, roll the mug over the top so that the crumbs have stuck to the honey and you are left with a rim of ground cracker crumbs.
Pour the hot chocolate into the mug and layer with mini marshmallows. With a mini blowtorch heat the marshmallows, until they have browned.
With the remaining cracker crowns, layer on top of the s’mores and finish by drizzling chocolate syrup over the top and enjoy.
If you fancy trying this exciting concoction at home with the family, at Dexam we have the Chasseur milk pan or the Chasseur fondue set, allowing you to make this naughty treat yourself.
